Divorce is a process that gets expensive quickly. While it’s possible to spend very little on the process, most divorces end up costing more than either party anticipated. The process of getting a divorce takes a long time, especially if couples decide to settle in court. Thus, while you might have good reasons to go through with a divorce, you should weigh all of the potential costs of the process before deciding on a course of action.
